No offence to Damn but i made a server. Because i saw the action of like 3 members trying to make their own server, i made one to jog my memory on console commands. And i remember them now so if you need help i can assist =)
However! I say temporary because we should pick a person with a good location. Now me personally, i suck on servers with ping like 130+ (i round to 150). So Damn's server (ping-wise, not the lag) is fine with me.
If i'm hosting, i prefer it to be a sniper server. I won't keep it up 24/7. Maybe 3-5/7days a week. I like to let my computer rest a bit... or let me play other games haha.
As for rcon holders.. idk. I don't wanna figure that out and pick favorites. But remember, mine is a temporary server. Just try it and play on the server on preference. If it lags, then idk wtf that means or if i'm doing anything. I'm pretty sure downloads will lag the server (i don't download porn =), but i rarely download stuff.
If the server lags, then idk what to do. If it lags coz i'm playing other games... eh, someone else should host it then. I got some links and stuff, but i don't wanna list them just yet. It's so the clan doesn't separate because of rcon for an at-home dedi server thing (power corrupts people D:).
